Pizza was freezing cold and overcooked

Ordered, order accepted, waited 1.5 hours tried to phone several times and no answer, never received the food, had to order somewhere else and wait another hour! assume shop closed - never received a call or anything for an apology, very poor and basic mistake, used this shop for a few years but this is the second issue I have had - won’t be back I’m afraid, reliability is key.

This meal was NOT delivered !!! I’d like a refund please.

Food was ok chips not as good as normal put that down to new potatoes! Delivery was right on time, Will continue to use Sumerians as have done for years.

Great kebab. Although tubs of sauce have become half the size. 60p too much

Meal wasn’t too warm when it arrived, however staff were excellent and insisted on delivering another meal at no charge. The meal promptly arrived and it was hot and tasty Excellent customer service from staff in shop and extremely courteous delivery driver. Will definitely order again.

Food was tasty but delivery was over an hour and I'm 5 minutes away.

Over 1 hour for del,phoned but just told it was on it's way and then they hung up.

Excellent pizza lovely base good proportion of toppings and not too much cheese. Chips done in good oil.

Ordered from the website, after waiting an hour I called them to find out where my order was only to be told that it was going to be another 40 minutes for one fish supper to be delivered, I cancelled the order and will think twice before ordering again
